"I was going to this location for several years and using the same hairstylist. She was an amazing lady! GO DIANA!!! A year ago I went into store and ask for my favorite hairstylist and was told that she was no longer there. They asked if I would like to have another hairstylist cut my hair. I said no because of the awesome bond I had with my hairstylist. I said thank you for this information and left. The following day I had work off and decided to call and see if she was still a hairstylist at this location one more time.......and what do you know she still was available at this location. The other hairstylist lied straight to my face! I could not believe it! Disappointed by the customer service! Will not be going back to this location or any other sports clips."

"I recommend going to a different location. If you go to this one however, DO NOT book your haircut with Kristen. She was very rude and condescending. I asked for an inch off the top and she took it upon herself to cut a good two inches off. The entire appointment seems rushed as she was aggressively pulling and shaving my hair. When I acknowledged she was being a little rough, she acted oblivious. Terrible experience, would not recommend at all."

"This is what you get when you ask for a FADE to a 1 not a military cut. Literally the worst haircut I've ever received and they would not give me my money back. In fact it meets their standards, as they said "it's not a bad haircut"."

"I asked for a FADE to a 1, which I have asked for many times before at various Sports Clips and other shops, and got a military cut, if one can call it that. I asked if there was anything they could do, idk, like give me money back. But they insisted that the haircut was up to their standards. So here is the work they stand by. Do with that what you will."

"Diana ! I have been to SportsClips for 10+ years. I have seen many different stylist at several locations and not always been satisfied with even a simple fade cut. But when I found Diana, she was the one I went back to. I moved to San Francisco for 3 years and returned recently back to Dallas and couldn't have been more excited that she was still at the same location! And Diana remembered me! She always meets you with a smile and actually talks with you while she works, unlike many. I can only say that SportsClips is very fortunate to have Diana and it should not go unrecognized. I'll always follow! Great job Diana! You're a special person!"

"Everything was running very smoothly until I arrived today. I checked in online. I got there about 15 minutes of checking in. There was no wait per the website. Two ladies were cutting hair when I arrived and one just yelled out to check in at the front. I did...and that was the last time both of them acknowledged me or my two kids existence. These two ladies finished the haircuts they were doing and then went to the back room. They did not inform me of any wait. They didn't even make eye contact with me. Therefore, after about 10 minutes I walked out. I will never go there again."

"I agree with another google user, have been pushed aside for someone coming in after me. I didn’t stay to find out how bad the cut would end up. Purely careless.."
